Elevate U Consulting is a leadership development and coaching firm dedicated to helping leaders and organizations thrive. Founded by Yolanda R. Greer, Owner | Leadership and Team Culture Developer of EUC, we partner with executives, educational leaders, and teams to overcome imposter syndrome, clarify identity and purpose, and build thriving team cultures.

Meet Yolanda R. Greer

Owner | Leadership and Team Culture Developer of EUC

I help leaders and their teams gain clarity and confidence in their role identity, purpose, and practices to elevate their people, performance, and outcomes.

A former Chief Talent Officer, district leader, and turnaround principal, I bring over 20 years of leadership experience to every client engagement. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), certified facilitator of the LPI 360, a Certified Emergenetics Associate, and certified to Coach for Imposter Syndrome.

With my unique blend of executive coaching, leadership development, and team culture consulting, I help leaders optimize their “show-up” so others can shine.
